Enjoyed the stay and all the Dolphin Action
Had a lovely time with invited family guests. Everyone thought the house was all you need. Beach view is spectacular.

Wild Oats
Love the location. Beds were ok. Kitchen could use more flatware but was otherwise well stocked. Stove burners did not work the best. New deck was great! Overall, enjoy this little gem.

Great location! Blinds need replacing. Microwave needs servicing. Better pillows needed. Otherwise, it was a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Perfect
This is the perfect location. The perfect house. The perfect beach. The perfect price range for the amenities. The only thing that could have been more perfect is the seating. Please add a small sofa or love seat to the living area. It would help SO much! We would definitely rent this home again!

Was All We Need
First time staying at Wild Oats although have stayed at multiple cottages over past dozen years. The cottage is quite cute inside, really like that it has some characteristics that stand out from other cottages. For example, the water filtration system is way better than anyplace else, I say this because I drink a lot of hot tea and the water on SGI is really soft and always leaves stubborn tea stains in the cups. I'm cool with this, but at Wild Oats I noticed this issue to be 98% resolved ! The new deck is very nice. Boardwalk directly from the deck to the beach is great. Really, really enjoyed the way the unit is laid out on the land such that you never felt crowded by neighboring units. Only suggestions I have are to replace the mini blinds that are beat up. I think its the nature of mini blinds to take a beating and reflect the beatings because they are inherently flimsy. Some of the mini blinds in the unit were snaggle toothed. Overall, I like the fact that this unit fit our desire to have access to the beach and provide us with some quiet relaxation. Only other point I'd make is that I was glad there is a fish cleaning station but it appears to be showing its age a good bit and could stand some maintenance.

SPARTAN
GREAT VIEW AND ACCESS TO QUIET PART OF THE BEACH WITH NICE DISTANCE FROM NEIGHBORS. NICE UPDATED KITCHEN. HOWEVER YOU MUST BE WILLING TO PUT UP WITH SPARTAN BEDDING AND FURNISHINGS WHICH ARE AT BEST INSUFFICIENT AND UNCOMFORTABLE. COLLINS REALTY DOES A GREAT JOB OF STAYING IN TOUCH AND HAS A COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL STAFF.
