The Villas Condos
It was a great place. We have stayed at one just down a bit last 2 years a VRBO but it wasn't available this year. I REALLY liked that you can check in when the unit is available as opposed to waiting for a designated time. Your Company was very welcoming and friendly The only negative was I had called the day before about the sofa hide a bed about sheets. My granddaughter invited a friend and thats where they would be sleeping. So I didn't bring my sheets. I was told the sheets would be in a plastic bag in the couch. Well there were no sheets. This was a bit of a problem and I almost called you guys but at this time it would be after hours when we went to make the sofa bed up. Luckily there were extra blankets in the master closet so we made due. Not ideal. Please inform your staff not tell folks that there will bedding for the hide a bed if there aren't any. And if they were supposed to be there please make sure they are. It is a pretty big deal.Thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate your feedback. Villa B-1 does not advertise the sleeper sofa, therefore linens are not left in the home. We do have an On-Call After Hours Emergency line that you can call in the future if you have any issues. We would have been happy to bring you the linens. We do hope to see you on St. George Island again soon.

The Villas, B1
We love this condo because of it’s location. It has had some appliance updates since we last stayed in it, which was nice. The wi-fi is strong, and overall we had a very pleasant visit. I have complained before about the sheets that are used. They are nubby and rough. I don’t have to have 800 count sheets, but with the rates that are now being charged, descent sheets shouldn’t be too much to ask.

Review of Villa B-1
It's all about location, location, location! The ground level patio opens to a beautiful beach that is always quiet even during spring break. The villa is pristine and provides everything needed to prepare meals with a comfortable living area open to a gorgeous view. Our only request is for the owners to update the overused bedding. We brought our own this year. The Collins staff from the office, maintenance, to housekeeping is always available and extremely friendly and efficient. We have booked again for 2024, of course!

Condo
Coffee pot didn’t work had to buy a new one. Also fir a unit that sleeps 6 not enough glasses or coffee cups. Could also use some wine glasses only had 2 and 1 of those was cracked.

Clean with a Beautiful View
We held my family reunion at the Villas (8 families in total) and I loved our place. It was clean and very well stocked. We sat on the back porch area which had a beautiful view of the ocean; it was wonderful to wake to the sounds of the waves and fun to hear the laughing seagulls. I would certainly recommend The Villas ~ any of them as I saw 7 different ones! The pool area was nice and clean with plenty of tables and seating. If we return to SGI, I would certainly love to book with Collins Rentals again as it was an easy check in and check out process!
