The deck, screened porch, and private sundeck are all easily accessible and perfect for relaxing the day away. Or stay inside and enjoy the horizon vistas from every window! Sunny Cottage is wonderfully situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with mature landscaping which gives additional privacy. The bike/walking path and neighborhood beach access are a short walk away. Relax and take pleasure in the private heated (for a fee) pool on the beach side of the cottage and play ping pong on the quaint table underneath the house.

Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
