Enjoyed property because of location, no steps, pet friendly, & 2 refrigerators. Would like to see a safety hazard corrected: install railing on top bunk bed.

A great stay
It was a fun place to stay! The house is right on the beach. Perfect. Its laid out nicely w two bedrooms and a bath on each side of the house, w the kitchen and living room in the center. One shower has a personal shower w safety bars, so it was good for those w limited mobility, tho the water from that shower runs out into the hallway and you have to use towels on the floor. But nonetheless, that was a nice feature. The living room furniture was comfortable but a bit tired. Loved the big kitchen table and two refrigerators - two refrigerators was just fabulous! The screened in porch was super large and it has a ceiling fan, which we enjoyed, but the furniture is uncomfortable in the porch. We stacked cushion to make it more comfortable. The house and furniture could use a thorough cleaning. All those details aside, we had a really fun week and the house was perfect for our needs.

Summer Breeze Vacation was AWESOME!
We had the most relaxing week at the Summer Breeze home. The view was so beautiful. We had lots of laughs and drinks on the screened porch. The beds were comfy. The additional refrigerator was so needed. I haven't ever been to a rental with two. Super smart idea. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of books and games for everyone. We can't wait to go back.

Review of Summer Breeze Property
We enjoyed staying at Summer Breeze! Sitting on the screened in porch was just lovely in the evenings and our two dogs enjoyed it as well. The only recommendation is to fix the slow drain in the bath that only has a shower.

Great place to stay. Love the instant walk out beach access. Quiet neighborhood. Disappointed in the number of restaurants but Covid took a hit on many of them. Collins Vacation rentals made check in and out extremely easy. Maintenance came within 30 minutes even when we had one issue . Excellent service !

Spacious Beachfront
House was clean, spacious and has great beach access. Porch is screened and cozy but could use updated cushions on porch furniture. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of bath towel sets. Roomy kitchen and well equipped. Living room furniture could use updating for comfort. Collins is very responsive and we appreciated the notice of early check-in. Already booked for next year!

Awesome Home!
We have looked at this rental time and time again but could never make the dates work. We got booted from another fabulous property due to a sale, however we got and upgrade. I don’t think there is anything in the kitchen that is lacking. Spot on housekeeping. The screened porch was our sanctuary for the week. We would definitely rent this house again.

Fantastic convenient well equipped home
Loved the carport for four cars. One of the few remaining beachfront ground level homes. Two large refrigerators were a bonus. So easy to pop in and out of the beach for a snack or restrooms. We have a larger dog who cannot climb stairs. Definitely recommend.

Summer breeze

We have a family of 10 house had plenty of space for  6 adults  4 children   Loved the beach access although you have to claim your space very early or the public access will will leave you no room. I also think holiday played a part we booked for next year the week before the holiday.

Summer Breeze
Accomodations were great . Your office staff was friendly and helpful. We always use Summer Breeze.The only minor issue was the toilet in the bathroom on the left side of house when entering would run constantly unless you reached into tank to push down on the flapper. See you next summer.

Okay stay
Paid $4200 for one week and it is a shame you only get one trash bags, one roll of toilet paper, and one roll of paper towels. House needs some repairs on the wood. Beautiful view from porch but a lot of the screens need repairs. Dogs loved it. Some windows need good cleaning.
