Starboard is a smaller cozy house with a nice veiw of the ocean. The pool was nice to use after spending time on the beach. We didn't use the hot tub,which would be nice to use on cooler days. We enjoyed having our coffee on the deck in the mornings listening to the birds and ocean and just as nice at night relaxing with drinks. Charming beach house
Starboard house is charming and cozy. It was great for our small family. It is one of the few remaining homes that hasn’t gotten a full blown renovation and still remains true to “old” SGI beach house style. With that said, there are some difficulties to navigate. The kitchen is small. The upstairs shower is tiny, and the downstairs parking area does not leave much room for moving around if you park underneath the house. The pool was nice and being right across the street from the beach was really nice. The house was clean and tidy upon arrival and CVR was speedy quick to send out maintenance when we had an issue with a slow draining sink and a gurgling pool needing more water. Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 07/01/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
