The main floor of the home features the living area, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom and laundry room. The living area features comfortable seating and TV. The dining area features a glass dining table that seats six and two bar height tables that seat eight. An additional four seats are found at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with stainless appliances. The laundry features a spare fridge perfect for a large group. The bedroom on this floor features a king bed and it's own sitting area. A neighboring bathroom features a standard shower/tub combo. The second floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two private balconies. The master suite on this floor features a king bedroom, private balcony and en-suite bathroom that features a standard shower/tub combo. On the other side of the home are two more bedrooms that both feature queen beds. One of these bedrooms also features a private balcony as well. A neighboring bathroom features a standard shower/tub combo. Located on the ground floor of the home is an additional sleeping area featuring two double/twin bunkbeds. An adjoining game room features a giant connect four, foosball and air hockey. The exterior of this home features a gas grill, private screened in pool, hammock, out door shower and fish cleaning station.
