Perfect Family Getaway
Everything about this house was perfect. Each room had its own separate bathroom and shower so each couple had their own space. The house was stocked with many items of convenience. Kitchen had plenty of cookware. Beautiful ocean view with a balcony and each level to view. Also liked it was a good proximity to the stores and restaurants. Budget friendly location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this beach home! It was close to the beach and just a little over a mile from most things on the island. The beds could use a topper as they are a little worn down, but the views from both decks made up for it! The first day we had a huge safety concern and the property maintenance guy was there quickly! A few of the deck spindles were spaced further apart than 4” and he added additional spindles to fix the gaps and keep my small toddlers from squeezing through. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinners. The pool was clean and was a hit with our toddlers. Fantastic!
We really enjoyed staying here! We have been to several properties and this house was just as enjoyable as the rest. It was close enough that we walked to shop and have a meal several times. The view is great. Even though it is on the main road, it is quiet. The house was clean, cute, well stocked for cooking, had an outside grill we used, nice pool with enough lounging chairs, comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms, and on and on. A Perfect Holiday Getaway
Our family spent 6 days at Seaside Escape and we had an amazing time! We cooked meals at the house and ventured out once to eat out. Loved the bike path for daily walks with our dogs! Easy and quick access to the beach. Get up early and see the sunrise from the porch without ever leaving the property!! A beautiful sight! We've never been away from home so close to Christmas, but our stay there only made our Christmas more special! Seaside Escape had everything that we needed for the perfect stay. Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 07/01/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
