Very clean, cozy and relaxing! Amazing pool on site and a 30 second walk to the beach! We met amazing people and families from all over that said they are regulars which we have now decided it will be our yearly trip! Relaxing Stay
This is our 2nd stay at East End Townhomes. Very friendly place, great beach, and a "local feel" to the whole island. The condo layout is comfortable, although J5 needs to be refreshed. This Review was submitted while the unit was managed by another property management company.

Great Location but unit needs work
Pros: The location is perfect. SGI isn't over populated or crowded. The grounds at the property were well maintained and the walk to the beach was short. There aren't stairs to get to the beach so a wagon rolls nicely down the ramp to set up on the beach.
Cons: This unit needs to be cleaned up and redone. There are many holes in the walls from changing out artwork or curtain rods that are just left. Paint job in the bathroom is very sloppy. The filters and air registers are covered in dust along with sections of the walls. The carpet in the bedroom needs replacing. It would not take much money or time to make a big difference in this unit.
Until updates are completed, choose a different unit in this complex. Many are beautiful for the same price!This Review was submitted while the unit was managed by another property management company.

Great Place
It was my family’s first time at SGI. A friend who regularly stay at Forgotten Shores recommended this place. The Turtle and Pearl J5 did not disappoint. We had a blast!
Always love the 300 Ocean Mile Units. Close to the pool and close to the beach! Our grandchildren had a blast! Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 07/01/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).

Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
