This spectacular beach home is the perfect home away from home for your family and friends. Comfortably appointed with all the necessities of having an amazing vacation! The house has 4 well-appointed bedrooms; 2 Master suites on the top level, and one of the Master suites has a wonderful morning kitchen, with mini fridge, microwave, sink and coffee maker, the adjoining room doubles as a nursery, or home office. This Master bath has a whirlpool tub for a nice long soak after a hard day of beach combing. The 1st level has the twin bedroom and queen bedroom, which share a Jack and Jill bathroom between. The huge 12 x 42 foot screen porch, spanning the entire width of the 1st level, will undoubtedly become a favorite for everyone to relax and hang out. The screen porch is well equipped for large families with a swinging bed, table for dining and lots of comfortable seating. Sunny views of the beach cannot be beat from the 3rd level viewing deck, large enough to comfortably seat 6 people! This stunning home has a wonderful boardwalk to beach for easy access and you can even bring your pets!
AMENITIES: Multiple TVs with Direct TV satellite, DVD Player, large well-equipped kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, carpet in bedrooms, 2 Master Suites on 2nd level, 1 Master suite has morning kitchen with sink, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, and a private room that doubles as a nursery space with Pack n Play or office. Huge 12 x 42 foot screened in porch off main living area on 1st level with swinging bed, rockers and outdoor dinning table, sun deck, 2nd level has large 12 x 42 foot covered porch with gliders, Adirondack chairs and ottomans, above the 2nd floor porch is the 3rd level viewing porch that seats 6 with amazing views, outdoor enclosed hot/cold shower, charcoal grill, boardwalk to beach, adjacent to bike path, under house parking. The house was spacious with everything we needed. The decor was extremely cluttered and the master suite was loud due to open walls joining stairs. Paradise
Lollygaggin is such a beautiful property. Lots of comfortable seating inside and outside with soothing views of the ocean. As foodies, we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and roomy space where more than one person could prep or cook at a time. The house has four bedrooms but the twin bedroom is better suited for children or small adults--the twin beds seem smaller than normal twins and the mattresses are not real supportive, but that is the only negative from the whole week and certainly not a deal breaker. Renter
The house was very nice. We all enjoyed the lay out of the house the kids had a good time in the pool. When had a problem it was taken care of in a timely manner. Lollygaggin
My family and I loved staying in the “Lollygaggin” cottage. There was a beautiful view and the walk to the beach was easy because of the boardwalk. After the beach, it was fun to relax on the screen porch and play games. We used the pool every day too. We loved every minute of our stay. Lollygaggin has a great kitchen, large enough for several people to help with meals. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Wonderful
Our stay was wonderful. The house was beautiful. Everything was beyond our expectations. Other than red tide of course. Posted: 07/01/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
