Enjoy relaxing in Key Lime Time's fun coastal decor while taking in gulf views from open floor plan! The LR/DR/Kitchen area are perfect for fun family/friend gathering. Whether sitting at the kitchen bar counter for 4 and eating a snack or dining at the table for 8, your eyes will be constantly be drawn to the beautiful gulf views while trying to get a glimpse of dolphins going by.
Key Lime Time has all the comforts of home. A 75 inch screen TV with streaming services, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The main bedroom offers a gulf view, king size bed and private access to the deck. The front queen bedroom also offers gulf views and the back queen/bunk bedroom is perfect for a family and kids. All bedrooms have TVâ??s and cable.
Start your day by enjoying the morning sunrise, drinking your favorite morning coffee from the Keurig or the traditional coffee maker. In the evening enjoy watching the sunset and star gazing while having your favorite beverage. Both morning and evening walks on the beach are perfect for another vacation day to unwind and soak it all in.
Getting to and from the beach is a snap! In fact, you can see the front door of Key Lime Time from boardwalk on the beach. You won't want to leave wiggling your toes in the sand but the convenient location makes for a short walk to and from the house. Fishing, swimming, building sand castles, reading or just looking at the water makes this a perfect beach getaway!
The beautiful St. George Plantation pool and tennis courts are located very close to Key Lime Time - only 1 1/2 blocks - making it at short walk or bike ride. The Plantation also has walking and bike trails throughout the community. Pickleball courts are only a close drive away.
Under house features include parking or playing in the shade. There is also a private walk-in shower for cleaning up after a day at the beach. The screen porch is perfect for relaxing, cleaning your fresh catch and grilling.

- REVIEW - We have stayed at many homes on St. George. We enjoyed the spaciousness of this home. Also every room has views of the bay. The kitchen is large and has any type of cooking utensil needed. We were also delighted to see they had several of my uncles paintings as part of their local art work. We will plan to stay here again.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at the beach. Cheerful and homey, Key Lime Time was just right for our family of four. The easy access to the boardwalk just across the path made beach days so enjoyable. The kids loved having the pool just a couple blocks away. The house was cozy. Everyone enjoyed movie nights in the comfy living room. Key Lime Time stay
Met expectations. Key Lime Time is clean, well supplied and in a great location. Even though it’s a first tier house the views of the gulf are very good and a constant reminder of why you’re staying on SGI. The house is not setup as totally elderly friendly. Low toilets and tub showers with no grab bars are a drawback. Also, the master bath shower rod was not secured and presented some challenges.- Anonymous U , Posted: 03/02/2024
Best family vacation
Key lime time had everything we needed for a wonderful family time together. The master bed is comfortable and room is spacious. For family meals together, anything we needed was in a cabinet. The living room is comfortable for us all. Close distance to the community pool. Close to the boardwalk for beach times and a Fantastic outdoor shower under the house. Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 07/01/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking.
