This is the Place!
Can't think of anything negative about Eventide. Tastefully decorated, smartly designed, kitchen well stocked with appliances and utensils, fish cleaning table, hot tub, dock, sunsets views, eagles, ospreys, pelicans and dolphins were daily visitors. Don't think twice about renting this place. Bayside Luxury
Eventide is a beautiful and well appointed home with beautiful bay sunrises and sunsets! Everything about this property is fantastic and our family enjoyed our week! The kitchen is set for you to cook family meals and you can look over the water while you are doing it! Great week at Eventide
We very much enjoyed the stay and the views. Loved feeling like we were staying on the water. The kitchen was well equipped and a great place to hang out when not out and about. The two porches also expanded the living area. And while the kitchen was well equipped it is probably worth mentioning a few missing essentials one would expect in a rental (like coffee filters, salt and pepper. And unfortunately when we showed the propane for grill was empty; Collins was very speedy the next day to get us a new tank which was great. Eventide was a fantastic home with a gorgeous bay front view. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. A piece of paradise
Great home. The inside is exactly like the pictures on the Collins website. Home is very well equiped. Kitchen has everything you need. There are games and jigsaw puzzles for entertainment. We questioned the fishing because the first 2 days not a bit! But then we where pleasantly surprised. We used the fire pit and watched the fantastic sunsets. Eventide
This was our third time staying in Eventide. Just like before, it was wonderful. The house was clean and neat. The kitchen here is the best equipped of any of the vacation rentals we have been in. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.

Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
