AMENITIES:Multiple TVs, well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, gas cooktop and wall oven, elevator, fully handicap accessible bath with grab bars in the roll-in shower and around toilet, and wheelchair accessible roll up lower bathroom counter, tile floors throughout main living areas and all bedrooms and baths, large covered porch, private pool (heated for a fee of $425 per week), fish cleaning station with sink, hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower and outdoor half bath with pedestal sink and toilet, under-house concrete parking, two park style charcoal grills available. Easy beach access via the path across the street.
