The 2nd level is the main living area provides an open living/dining area with a well-appointed kitchen, eat at breakfast bar, dining room that opens up to the large living room with soaring ceilings and multiple windows to relax among the abundant natural lighting. Just off this level is a wonderful outdoor living space with a covered porch equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs, and a roomy open sun deck.
The top floor of this home has a private loft bedroom with a Queen bed and a full size guest bathroom. You will truly enjoy your private time with your family in the sparkling cool swimming pool during those hot summer days or in the evening just sitting around to relax letting all your worries drift away. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water is the perfect way to end your beach day, and a fish cleaning station is available for your coastal catch. A park-style grill is provided for those afternoon cookouts. So, come and enjoy the serenity of this charming vacation home. This home is located just a leisurely walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the Plantation Clubhouse.

The house was very nice, very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay except toilet paper, I think that should be provided to us for the week that we stayed. Fun times at Auburn Sunrise
We had a great time at Auburn Sunrises. The house suited our family of 5 adults and a baby. The short walk to the beach was very easy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing I would change is the mattresses in each bedroom need to be replaced. Especially the master bedroom, the bed was very uncomfortable. Auburn Sunrise
House was very nice and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen needs updating however and improved kitchen supplies would be good too. The house worked well for 3 adults and 2 children. Chairs and a wagon were provided for the beach. Also a kayak that we did not use. This property does have access to the amenities in the plantation - i.e. club house, tennis, community pools, and gym.

Q: CANCELLATION and RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 06/11/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
