This is the second time we have stayed at this cute little condo. Just as it was before. Amazing views and great short walk to the sand. Balcony sitting area is perfect for a morning cup up coffee and the grassy areas are perfect for fur babies. As with any rental properties though, a few updates are needed. The bathroom caulking needs replacing (mildew was causing a very sour smell). Sliding door would pop open from time to time, so you def need the stick to put in the bottom. Pots and pans available are good for a night or too but could use more variety for Sun-Sun stays. The sofa sleeper is what it is, a sofa pullout. My kids never complained but the mattress could be replaced or extra mattress toppers/pads provided. Overall a nice little one bedroom condo in a nice complex. Would be great for a couple of nights’ getaway, but needs a few updates for for full weeks.

Excellent location, beautiful beach apartment with everything you’ll need for an amazing stay at St. George. Few updates recommend but that’s part of a rental property. Would love to stay here again!

Ocean Mile K5
This is our second time to St. George Island and first time in K5 condo. We loved it!!!!It was the perfect size for my husband and I and our dog. It was cozy, clean, and very relaxing. The balcony sitting was awesome for looking directly over the pool and to the ocean. I look forward to coming back to St. George and hopefully staying in K5 again.

K-5 was nice and accommodating; the location/view was perfect. The St George experience was everything that we had hoped for including the food! Would love to visit again and possibly utilize the same condo!

A St George First
Visiting St George was on our bucket list; We have relatives that love going there so my husband and I decided to book a place and meet up with them for a few days. Fortunately, K-5 was available for a partial week and it was perfect for the two of us. There are a few things that could be updated, but the condo was furnished nicely and served us well. It was VERY clean which is of great importance!! The location was superb! We were near the pool, could see and hear the ocean and the beach was a short walk away. On our last day we never left the condo except to go out for dinner. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck listening to the ocean, soaking up rays or chilling in the shade. Our time on St George was great!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect. The only thing I would suggest is getting some new and better quality skillets for the kitchen and a different shower head in the bathroom. The shower was like getting hit by needles and even worse if you got a little to much sun. Staff were wonderful and helpful.

300 Ocean Mile K5
This was a great location with a great view! The mattress and furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed. The only thing in need of repair is the locks on the sliding doors. We had a great time! Collins has always been easy to work with too!

Ocean Mile K5
Third time in a row we’ve stayed here. This 1 bedroom is perfect-sized condo for the 2 of us plus our 2 dogs. Can sit in Living Room & enjoy pool & ocean view! Pool is steps away; pool & grill area kept very clean. Grounds are beautifully maintained, and lots of grassy areas for our dogs to explore. Condo is very clean & comfortable; it has all of the basics you need for cooking, has washer/dryer, & tv’s w/lots of cable options + games/books to enjoy.

We loved our stay at K-5! Thank you to the owners for sharing their apartment with us. Great spot and very at home vibe. Note: should replace front door knob (really rusty) and shower head-VERY full of lime, rusty. Also fridge accumulates water/condensation in top rack that must be soaked continuously. If I were the owner I’d like to know :)
