The living room has plenty of cozy seating and a large flat screen tv, a large dining table with seating for 8, the kitchen has lovely shaker style cabinets, granite countertops and fairly new appliances, Just off this level is the main deck with Polywood seating and super easy access to the beach as the deck connects to the community boardwalk. The half bath is located right off the kitchen and dining room. The views are stunning from this open concept area and you can literally sit inside and watch the dolphins frolicking in the surf! Up a few short steps takes you to the Queen guest bedroom level and the guest bath, then another short steps take you to the darling bunk room with built-in single bunk beds with a mounted tv, making it the perfect retreat for your little ones. The laundry room is just around the corner with updated stack washer and dryer, then on to the fabulous Master suite with soaring ceilings, abundant natural lighting and a luxurious king bed all with splendid views of the beach and Gulf Of Mexico! Enjoy access to the community pool as well, which is just a short walk away. Please no pets in this property due to allergy reasons.
