Silly Sandpiper features a split floor plan, with 2 bedrooms on the east side of the home and 2 bedrooms on the west of the home. On the east side of the home, you will find a King suite that features a King bed, private access to the covered deck, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom on the east side of the home, is the bunk room. The bunk room features a double/single bunkbed with an en-suite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo. Moving on to the west side of the home. You will find a second King suite that features a King bed, private access to the covered deck, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth and final bedroom can be found on the west side of the home. This bedroom features a king bed with neighboring bathroom with a standard shower/tub combo.
The exterior of Silly Sandpiper is just as fabulous as the interior. The front covered deck spans the width of the house with seating to enjoy the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. Underneath the home there is plenty of parking as well as recreational areas. You will find an outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, hot tub, lots of outdoor games such as corn hole and a outdoor seating area all under the home. On the west side of the home is the private pool with a large pool deck, perfect to enjoy your time with your family.
This home has a designated smoking area under the house. No Smoking in the home or on the porches.
AMENITIES:Multiple TVs, DVD player, well-appointed kitchen, tile floors throughout main living area, carpet in bedrooms, deep, covered porch with views of the Gulf, private pool with extensive pool deck, Hot Tub and lounge area under house, fish cleaning station with sink, gas grill, under house concrete parking, beach access path directly across the street.

Our stay at Silly Sandpiper for Thanksgiving was great! Lots of space and a huge deck to watch the surf & enjoy the weather. We were delighted there were 2 refrigerators. With all the food and drink for the holiday it was perfect and we didn't have to keep things in coolers on ice. The house is in a great location. Will 10/10 rent from Collins again
A group of us stayed at the Silly Sandpiper for a week. The house was immaculate upon arrival, it was very well furnished with things like a beach wagon, chairs, and beach towels provided. We called requesting to have the water in the hot tub changed because upon arrival it was a little cloudy and some sand had accumulated at the bottom (understandably so). Collins had the vendor out there to drain and refill the hot tub immediately and it heated up fast enough to be able to use it again the same night. I was very impressed with how easy their checkout procedures were. Silly Sandpiper
The Silly Sandpiper was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It is in a great location and had beautiful views of the ocean at sunrise. We could see the dolphins swimming from our front porch. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed, and having the second refrigerator was very helpful. The house had a beach cart with chairs and a tent already packed up and ready to go, as well as plenty of beach towels, making our ventures to the beach incredibly easy. Special House!
Wonderful house! Lots of amenities that we never used because the weather was so wonderful! Everything a beach house should be and all necessities provided! I've been coming since we had to bring our own linens and had to clean the house ourselves when we left! Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
