Wonderful beach house
Seabbatical is a wonderful beach house. The house has an amazing ocean view with a huge screened porch to relax on. The deck is the perfect place to sun, enjoy meals, welcome sunrise, and watch the waves, The house decor and furnishings are very welcoming with a touch of whimsy. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware so it is easy to cook meals. We love our stays at St George Island. This house is our favorite. Collins always makes guests welcome.

Stay at Seabbatical
We really liked the house and the location. The artwork was all over the house! The front screened porch and the front deck attached were our favorite part. We were rarely in the house whether watching the stars at night for hours or having breakfast or lunch on the screened porch. Proximity to the boardwalk was a plus.

Seabbattical
This property is a great vacation home. This was our second 2-week stay. Although it is in the second row from the beach, there is a great unimpeded view of the beach and access to the beach is easy. Our stay was disrupted several times due to tv/cable/internet issues that were finally resolved to our satisfaction. While at this time we’re not sure whether we’ll return to this property, we’d like to make a recommendation to the owners: the great large screened-in porch is begging for a table with 4 or 6 chairs. We and, we’re sure, many other people like to eat al fresco.

Can’t Love Seabattical Enough!
Absolutely great house, 2nd stay in back to back years! For a house across the street you can’t beat the view, amenities, and comfort all around. This year we really put the outside shower to use after each day at the beach - what a great change and refreshing! We also took advantage of the Xplorie freebies - Aunt Ebbys Ice Cream and bike rental. Rode the island for two days and definitely worth it. Lastly thanks so much to the great experience Collins provides, from booking to checkout. We left our 35mm camera and about left SGI when the office called and told us the cleaners found it. Honesty at its best! Never an issue using Collins - keep up the great work!

Seabbatical
This was our third time staying at Seabbatical. The house works beautifully for us with being pet friendly, two outdoor decks as well as huge screened in porch. The hammock on the porch is such a plus. We also enjoyed the free extras provided with Xplorie through Collins Rentals.

Great Location
The ocean view is wonderfully relaxing. If you like to people watch the beach access provides endless entertainment. The air conditioning is fantastic. We had an issue with it the first night and the owners and Collins acted quickly to save our vacation. Great people all around.
