No Worries
Nice stay and relaxing vacation. Severe storms destroyed two TV modems/boxes, but remedied timely. Nicely decorated. Our pet enjoyed the balcony and the stay. We enjoyed our stay and a great location to walk to/from restaurants and shops. This was our second stay at this row house (didn't realize there was a discount) but will know for next time. Would stay again. The Collins front desk and maintenance were very pleasant.

Wonderful beach home
I’m a Collins repeat renter and the first time in “No Worries.” That is what I had; no worries! Great beach front property. Already rented due the 2025 Memorial Day week. Ice maker was broken, but not a big deal. Collins was very prompt in getting a service tech to come check out the ice maker. The photos on Collins website are outdated, and I was pleased that the home had been painted inside in neutral colors.

As expected!
The home was as pictured and clean! The only downside is the location is near the public beach and with the homes being close together anyways it can get a little crowded but not terrible.

Good, but needs some attention
There were a few things that didn’t work - for example, we couldn’t get the tvs working in any of the bedrooms. The fridge ice maker spits out ice even when the ice maker is not engaged. And the kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as I had hoped. (but in fairness, I should’ve brought my own smoothie blender.) However, the location was great. Would rent here again, but encourage the owners to review. It felt a little rundown. It’s time for a bit of a refresh.

No Worries

No Worries
We liked the property and loved the location. The multiple stairs were difficult for us. We could tell the sofa was a good one but it had either human or pet odor, including throw pillows. Needs a good shampooing. King bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided. We will use Collins again but for a place with fewer steps. The people were very nice. We did have to go without tv and wifi internet for 3 days due to thunderstorms. Love the area.

Enjoyed the stay we had at “No Worries” on St. George Island. We had a couple a\of minor issues at check in on the property, but they were handled quickly, same day. Would rent there again for sure!
