Margarita Time

Margaritaville/Margaritatime is our favorite beach home
Open floor plan and generously furnished and stocked. We end every evening w wine on the widow’s walk. We never want to leave. The master bedroom is surrounded by high ceilings and windows. The heated pool is a treat. Thank you for sharing.

Better than expected
My wife and i and my sister and brother-in law (and dog) have been coming to SGI for 12 years, and we always try to rent one story homes by the beach. This was our first time at Margarita Time and it was all (and more) than we expected. The house was clean, and all Kitchen items (ie pots, glasses, plates, utensils, ect) are in cabinets with descriptions, making finding what you need a breeze. The house is larger than I expected, and with its tall ceilings is very breezy and open. The bathrooms are a little on the small size, but not an issue for us. The heated pool was very nice, and the widow's walk is a special feature that we used almost every night. Beach access is very easy, and we rented a golf cart that we used to go to all the various bars and restaurants. The house shows a little age, but overall we were very impressed. In fact, our second day there we decided that we wanted to rent the same house the same time for next year (the house was available for those dates when we arrived) Unfortunately somebody beat us to it and it was already rented....a year out! So don't hesitate, this house checked all the boxes and is very popular so if it is available when you want BOOK IT!

Fantastic Rental
Loved this rental! The Widows walk has fantastic views. We spent a lot of time there in some very comfortable chairs and it was a great place to see the stars at night! The kitchen was stocked better than any place I have ever been. Everything was clean and comfortable. Just wish I was still there :)

Our home away from home! So very comfortable! Love the openness and beach vibes. From the Widows walk, to the pool, to that fabulous front porch, so much to enjoy. The short walk to the beach makes for an enjoyable time to be one with the ocean! Thanks for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Margarita Time
Wonderful time in my fave house on the island. Lots of memories in that house since our first stay in it in 2003. We all love cooking in and this kitchen has everything you need. Loved the pool area with plenty of sun and shade. Very Comfortable beds too!

Margarita Time
We loved our three week stay at this home- The open floor plan makes the house very functional. Comfy furniture and bedding always makes for a great vacation. The outdoor furnishings are perfect. Only downside of our stay was the construction on the side and across the street, thankfully for both of the new homes are complete, so if we return next spring it will not be an issue. Thank you to Collins for another beautiful stay in paradise

LOVELOVELOVE MARGARITA TIME!
MY FAVORITE HOME ON THE ISLAND! MARGARITA TIME HAS EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT IN AN ISLAND RENTAL... AND MORE! KITCHEN WAS PERFECTLY STOCKED. GORGEOUS POOL AND POOL AREA. THE WIDOW'S WALK HAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VIEWS AND THE FRONT PORCH WAS MY FAVORITE SITTING AREA. LESS THAN 50 STEPS TO THE BEACH MAKE THIS A MUST STAY FOR YOUR SOUL-REPLENISHING VACATION. IF I WERE TO EVER BUILD AN ISLAND HOME, THIS HOME WOULD BE MY IDEAL MODEL!!! I ALWAYS FEEL @ HOME IN MARGARITA TIME...

CHECKS EVERY BOX
My wife and I and my brother and sister in law have been coming to SGI every fall for the last ten years, and have stayed at many homes. I have to say that Margarita Time has been the best home we have visited. It is very roomy, with the tall ceilings and LR/Kitchen setup lending it an "airy" feeling. All the Kitchen cabinets have labels, which make finding what you need a breeze (not to mention that it is well stocked with various pots and cooking appliances). The bedrooms are also good sized, but the baths are slightly on the small size (but still function as they should). The pool (which we had heated) was very nice, and the widow's walk is a unique feature that we made use of almost every night. My only gripe is that this house is TOO popular. Two days after we arrived we decided that we wanted to rent this house again the same time next year (it was available for that date when we arrived) and it was ALREADY BOOKED! A year in advance. That tells you something about this house. I don't think you'd be disappointed in renting this house, just make sure you don't delay in booking it!

Best stay ever!

Margarita Time has everything you need
This was our first stay at this home - 3rd trip to SGI. The location across from beach was easy access, the pool was worth paying for the heat as it was able to be used the entire week. The kitchen is very well stocked!

Margarita Time
We've rented Margarita Time 4 times, and sadly it was booked up this year. This home is well taken care of, well stocked, and many updates and improvements have been made over the last few years. The widow's walk is perfectly set up for early morning coffee or late evening stargazing. The front porch is our Happy Hour gathering place. I can't think of another home on SGI we would rather rent!

Beach fan
We all love this house. The house was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed eating out on the covered porch. My son and his family loved the pool. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Hate that it books up so fast.

Margarita Time
This was our 6th or 7th year of being able to stay at Margate Time, and is our favorite house, hands down. The upgrades that the owners have made are great and much appreciated. Coffee on the Widow's Walk every morning to porch-sitting for happy hour to sleeping in a comfortable bed...the best week of the year. I shouldn't say anything positive--so many people have found this gem of a house that we can't always get it booked for our anniversary! Thanks to Linda and Rick, and to Collins!

Margarita Time
