Great Location
We loved our stay and loved the location of the house. As others have said, there hasn't been any recent updates, but we felt so at home with our grandchildren. A bigger TV in the family room would be really nice for evenings or for those who don't want to spend the days on the beach. The kitchen was stocked with much more than we needed! We will definitely stay here again.

Last Hurrah
We have stayed in Last Hurrah for a number of years and have always enjoyed our stay. We have noticed that the house is in need of repairs on drywall in the master bathroom and a ceiling fan needs to be replaced in a bedroom. Great gulf front home with room for a large family and dog friendly which is a plus.

Last Hurrah
Love St. George. We will definitely be back. Also, loved the location of our rental. It was not as clean as past rentals and had some bugs. We love going thru Collins, you make it so easy. See you next year.

Last Hurrah
We had an amazing week at this house. Not only was it ver affordable for our family of 7 (plus one on the way), it was also very roomy. This location was so helpful when taking our 3 year old granddaughter and 32 year old special needs son (with severe epilepsy and developmental delays) to the beach. Even if I was in the house with our son i was able to sit out on the deck and see the rest of my family playing. Please thank the owners for making their home available for our family. We plan to be back!!!

Last Hurrah
Place needs a lot of TLC. TV remotes are wore out and TV's are two small. Carpeting need to be replaced. Tub area need to be chalked. Ceiling fans in the livining room only had a high speed.

Last Hurrah
First, the good. The location was fantastic and is 100% the reason for the rental. Right on the beach and far enough from the public access that you aren't crowded out by everyone. The house has a massive deck for sunbathing, enjoying the evening, etc. The house was clean and the kitchen well outfitted for use. There seemed to be plenty of hot water and the appliances worked with the exception of the icemaker. The size of the house was nice and did not feel cramped at all, we had plenty of space to spread out. Now the bad (eeek!). The house could really use some maintenance structurally. The floor slopes quite a bit in the kitchen. The paint is bubbled and peeling in several areas. There is a soft spot in the floor in front of the middle sliding glass door. There is siding missing in spots on the exterior and it is in need of pressure washing. The furniture is worn out and sagging in the livingroom. The carpet is in need of changing. I appreciate it is a transient rental, but those are the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on, even compared to overseas deployments. The deck as stated before is massive, but there are only two cheap Adirondack chairs. The bathroom walls around the toilets and showers are damaged. Overall, the condition of the house did not impact our vacation. Collins Rental staff were great and we will continue to use them when we visit. We will not rent this house again however. It is pretty apparent that the owner is trying to maximize profit while minimizing expenses at the detriment of the property.
