Stay at this beautiful luxury Bayfront home located in the small, gated community of Kinja Bay, just past 11th street. Beach access is a short walk and the sandy bayfront beach with gazebo and dock is right down the path outside the house. Bring your kayak, paddleboard or small boat!
You will have terrific views of the Bay from the Kitchen/Family room upstairs and from the 2 guest rooms downstairs. Bonus - you have gulf views from the master bedroom upstairs and the guest suite downstairs! Or you could go on the Widow's Walk for views of the bay and the gulf for sunrise and sunset!
The recently remodeled gourmet kitchen boasts brand new stainless appliances and plenty of granite counter space. The kitchen includes a center island with range and oven, along with microwave and a beverage center and counter stools - allowing the chef to interact with family and friends! The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an additional countertop toaster oven.
Never worry about bringing "good" bottled water - with a recently installed whole house water filtration system with reverse osmosis. There is also a hot and cold water tap at the sink.
Relax in the new breakfast and reading area with wonderful views of the bay and wetlands.
Also on the top floor: large living area with two full sofas, plenty of additional seating and media center; dining room and master suite with a huge bathroom and shower.
Located downstairs is the large guest suite, 2 guestrooms and a laundry room with a very large tub washer/dryer.
Both floors have wrap-around porches with outdoor furniture looking out towards the bay or gulf. The top porch leads to stairs for the widow's walk, while the bottom porch leads to stairs for the bayfront beach, gazebo and dock. The ground floor includes covered concrete parking; hot/cold outdoor shower, sink and counter, table with chairs and outdoor charcoal grill.

This is our second time staying at Bay Breeze and the property delivered another amazing vacay! We love this beautiful, spacious home which provided plenty of space for our group of 10. The pictures are spot on: Dock for your boat, quiet gated area, clean pool, pet friendly, amazing views from the wrap around porches and widow's peak. Every bedroom has porch access. Bay Breeze stay
Great house. Check in was easy. Loved the location. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that it was not very elder friendly. Upstairs master bedroom and bath were huge but tub was impossible for someone in their seventies to get into. Toilet was very low also. Some grab bars in a couple of locations would have been great. Also a chair or bench in bath and bedroom would make it more usable. Over all a great house and would stay here again. Favorite Home on the Island
We have stayed at multiple homes on St. George and this one is our favorite! The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you could need. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are so quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed spending the evening looking at the stars from the stargaze deck. The pier in the back was perfect for fishing and crabbing…and viewing the AMAZING sunsets over the bay. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.

Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates.
