Start with the Peel & Eat Shrimp, or try the Cocktail Claws (fresh blue crab claws breaded and deep fried) for an appetizer. Then move on to the World Famous Blue Parrot Seafood Platter, or one of the restaurants other amazing surfside dishes, for an entrée.

2. The Drinks
The Blue Parrot on St. George Island has a Tiki Bar famous for the island-inspired cocktails. Try a classic margarita or Mai Tai as you watch the waves, or branch out and try their Sand Blaster. This specialty drink is a mix of mango, blackberry, lime, and rum with a 151 floater. The Tiki Bar also has several beers to choose from. You can have your wine by the glass or the bottle.
3. The Jet Skis
Once your food settles and the drinks wear off, you’ll be ready for some adventure. Luckily, you won’t have to go far to find it. You can rent jet skis on the beach right beside The Blue Parrot. Rentals hours run from 10 am to 6 pm from early March to early October. Cruise around on the water until you work up another appetite, then come back to the sand for your next delicious meal!
