AMENITIES: Multiple smart TVs, well-appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 bar stools, separate pantry, large dining room table with seating for 8, hard wood flooring throughout the entire home. Top floor includes kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, dining, main living, sleeper sofa, King bedroom w/full bath, half bath, and large open deck. The first floor has an additional family room with sleeper sofa, 1 King bedroom w/full bath, 1 Queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 Twin over Queen bunk and a pull-out, Laundry with washer and dryer, a large, covered deck, Private pool with pool deck and outdoor lounge furniture, a private boardwalk to beach, outdoor enclosed hot/cold shower, park-style charcoal grill. This tall house sits on a large lot with plenty of parking including under-house concrete parking suitable for boats.

POOL CHILLER (Pool Chilled for an additional fee of $400 per week- available June, July & August)
PET FRIENDLY (2 Dogs Only, Under 35lbs each. A $75 Non-refundable Pet Fee is required per dog.)

We loved out stay at Rock Lobster on SGI! This was a special getaway for our family to celebrate the 60th Wedding Anniversary of my in-laws and SGI did not disappoint. The house was wonderfully maintained and super clean. There was everything we could need to cook. The cleaning and linen service prices were super reasonable! Beautiful home and amazing beach
Home was beautiful with great walk out to the beach. Q: CANCELLATION and RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 04/24/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was recieved.
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
