Welcome to "Bubbles Up"! This three bedroom two bathroom home is located in the West Gulf Beaches area of St. George Island. "Bubbles Up" features a private pool, elevator, and a one level floor plan. The exterior of the home features both driveway and under house parking. The private pool can be heated for a fee and features plenty of outdoor seating to lounge in. Under the house you will also find an outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, and a park style charcoal grill. The interior of the home is summed up in one convenient level with tile and luxury vinyl flooring throughout the home. The kitchen, living area, and dining area share an open floor plan. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with white appliances. The dining area features a wooden table that seats six. The breakfast bar seats four. The living area features a large sectional, TV and views of the Gulf of Mexico through the abundance of windows. A queen bed can be found in the bedroom adjacent to the kitchen on the west side of the home, this bedroom features a TV and direct access to the screened in deck. Another queen bed can be found in the bedroom on the east side of the home. A neighboring bathroom features a standard shower/tub combo. The master suite is located off of the living area on the east side of the home. The master suite features a king bed, TV, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the covered deck. The en-suite bathroom is handicap friendly with a roll in shower and multiple grab bars. A screened in area of the deck can be found on the west side of the home directly off of the dining area. The south side of the home also features a covered deck that has views of the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the private pool. The elevator landing is also located on the covered deck.
